By using Emerald Wellness, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. Emerald Wellness provides educational health information — not medical advice.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Emerald Wellness platform, website, or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Emerald Wellness provides educational and informational content only. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any supplement, peptide, or health protocol. Individual results will vary. Emerald Wellness LLC is not liable for health decisions made based on information provided by this platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. By using Emerald Wellness, you represent that you are 18 or older.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

All plans include a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial.
Your first paid month is 20% off the standard monthly price, applied automatically after your trial.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Annual subscriptions are billed as a single payment and are non-refundable after 14 days.
Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to subscribers.

5. Referral Program

Refer 3 friends who sign up for a paid plan and receive 20% off your next month's purchase. Referrals must be new users who have not previously held an Emerald Wellness account. Discount is applied automatically to your next billing cycle after the third qualifying referral activates a paid plan. There is no cash value. Emerald Wellness reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Provide false information or impersonate any person
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the platform
Share your account credentials with others
Use AI-generated content from the platform to provide medical advice to third parties

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Emerald Wellness — including but not limited to the compound database, protocol library, and AI recommendations — are owned by Emerald Wellness LLC and protected by copyright and intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EMERALD WELLNESS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO HEALTH OUTCOMES RESULTING FROM ACTIONS TAKEN BASED ON PLATFORM CONTENT.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Columbus, Ohio.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email or prominent platform notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
