Emerald Wellness is committed to protecting your health data. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Ever.

1. Who We Are

Emerald Wellness LLC ("Emerald Wellness," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Emerald Wellness platform, website, and mobile application. Our registered address is 100 E Broad St, Suite 2100, Columbus, OH 43215. Contact us at privacy@emeraldwellness.health.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Account information: Name, email address, age range, and password when you register.
Health questionnaire data: Your primary health goals, symptoms, and experience level provided during onboarding.
Supplement and protocol data: Compounds you log in your stack, lab results you upload, and biomarker data you enter.
Usage data: Pages visited, features used, time spent, and device/browser information for platform improvement.
Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide personalized protocol recommendations and AI Health Advisor responses
To operate, maintain, and improve the platform
To send you service communications and, with your consent, marketing emails
To comply with legal obligations

4. Data Sharing

We share your data only with:

Anthropic, Inc. — AI processing for the Health Intelligence Advisor (Data Processing Agreement in place)
Stripe, Inc. — Payment processing (no health data shared)
Legal authorities — When required by law or valid legal process

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or health data with insurance companies, pharmaceutical companies, employers, or advertisers.

5. Data Security

Your data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We use SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure. Access to user data is restricted to personnel who require it to operate the service.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@emeraldwellness.health. We will respond within 30 days.

7. HIPAA

Emerald Wellness offers a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for Pro Practitioner Suite subscribers. Contact enterprise@emeraldwellness.health to initiate a BAA.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. You may decline non-essential cookies via the cookie banner on first visit.

9. Children's Privacy

Emerald Wellness is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by email or prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
